      <description>Location: Yeovil | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Design Engineer - Aviation Structures (Rotary Aircraft) | 6-Month Contract | Yeovil Area  Location: Yeovil, UK Contract Duration: 6 months (potential for extension) Start Date: ASAP  We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer with a strong background in aviation structures and rotary aircraft design to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile aerospace projects in a fast-paced and innovative environment.  Key Responsibilities:  Design and develop structural components and assemblies for rotary-wing aircraft.  Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.  Conduct design reviews, stress considerations, and modification assessments.  Liaise with cross-functional engineering and production teams to ensure design integrity and compliance.  Support documentation and certification requirements for aerospace standards.  Essential Requirements:  Proven experience in rotary aircraft or aerospace structural design.
