You''ll be involved in numerous aspects for a thriving, well established manufacturing business who is a leader in their field. This is an excellent opportunity to build your technical skills within a specialist manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Report directly to the Production and Purchasing ManagerDeal with incoming enquiries from a diverse customer baseProvide immediate information, quotes, pricing and technical information for new and replacement equipment including replacement parts and repairsFor more involved quotations, installations or systems, ask detailed questions of the customer to better understand the product application. Transactions may require the use of engineering and mathematical calculations with product technical data sheets to help match the product to the applicationConsult with the wider business including sales team, engineers, purchasing, production and despatch as neededRecord all opportunities, quotes and communications in the SAP Business One systemTurn quotes to order and process these with clear departmental instructionsWork with production and fabricators to backward engineer customer solutions.
