      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | The Role    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Engineer to join a leading utility and infrastructure services organisation supporting a major water industry framework. This role will focus on developing and delivering high-quality design solutions for clean water and wastewater infrastructure projects.  Working closely with project managers, operational teams, clients, and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring designs are technically robust, compliant with industry regulations, and delivered in line with project requirements.  This position would suit an individual with experience in utility, civil, or water engineering design who is looking to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced project environment.   Key Responsibilities    Review project scopes, modelling information, and supporting documentation.  Produce and maintain Health &amp; Safety files throughout all project stages, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 requirements.
