      <description>Location: Camberley | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Our client, a leading entity in the aerospace sector, is currently seeking a Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves providing conceptual schemes and working designs for the company''s product line, which includes aircraft ''Hush houses'', aero-engine test cells, and acoustic chambers, using advanced computer-aided design tools.   Key Responsibilities:    Realising the designs into working shop drawings, bills of materials, installation &amp; assembly drawings, instructions and diagrams.  Engaging the services of specialist engineers where necessary.  Creating design schemes in sufficient detail for shop drawings and managing the manufacturing tasks.  Contributing to the creation of technical specifications and scopes of work.  Sourcing cost-effective components, materials, and vendors.  Inspecting manufactured items to verify compliance with design drawings and specifications.  Selecting components for mechanical and electromechanical systems.
