This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist business where you''ll play a key role in the design, development and ongoing support of bespoke engineered products from concept through to manufacture and installation.Working closely with Sales, Production, Suppliers and Customers, you''ll be responsible for delivering accurate design solutions, supporting manufacturing processes and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.The RoleAs a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:Producing detailed approval drawings for customer review and manufactureCreating and issuing Bills of Materials (BOMs)Supporting the Sales team with technical enquiries and design solutionsProviding technical support to production teams and suppliersLiaising with customers regarding design for manufacture requirementsResolving design and manufacturing queries throughout the project lifecycleAssisting with product development and continuous improvement activitiesSupporting assembly and installation teams with technical informationPreparing technical documentation and compliance files where requiredEnsuring drawings and design documentation are delivered in line with project deadlinesWhat We''re ..... full job details .....
