      <description>Location: Kettering | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;45000/annum | Type: Permanent | Design Engineer (SolidWorks)     About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated  Design Engineer  with strong  SolidWorks  experience to join a growing engineering team. This role involves designing and developing bespoke equipment and systems, producing detailed manufacturing drawings, and supporting projects from concept through to production and installation.  The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, production teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet technical, operational, and commercial requirements. Key Responsibilities  Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.  Design and develop mechanical systems, fabricated structures, and bespoke engineered solutions.  Produce accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation.
