Roles/Responsibilities
- Create and develop 3D models and detailed drawings for a range of mechanical attachments, ensuring they are suitable for manufacture
- Work closely with internal teams to turn concepts and customer requirements into practical, cost-effective design solutions
- Communicate with suppliers and external partners to resolve technical queries and support design updates
- Collaborate with the shop floor to ensure designs are manufacturable and make adjustments where needed
- Support ongoing product improvements by reviewing existing designs and suggesting enhancements
What We''re Looking For
- Experience in mechanical design, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proficient in 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks
- Practical understanding of translating designs into manufacturable products
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Exposure to fabrication, sheet metal, or heavy equipment design is advantageous but not essential
