Design Engineer

Due to continued expansion and investment, our client is seeking to appoint a Junior Design Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. Working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, you will be involved in the full design lifecycle from concept through to production.Key responsibilities include:Producing 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorksAssisting in the design and development of new and existing productsSupporting prototype development, testing, and design modificationsLiaising with production teams to ensure manufacturability and efficiencyMaintaining accurate design documentation and BOMsContributing to continuous improvement initiativesWhat you''ll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you should have:A degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related disciplineProven experience (placement or industry) using SolidWorks - essentialStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesA proactive approach and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentWhat ..... full job details .....
