The Role

As a Design Engineer, you''ll work alongside senior engineers and peers to grow your knowledge of engineering practices, production processes, and supplier methods. You''ll play a key role in maintaining and developing the product catalogue, refining production methods, and helping to bring innovative new products into manufacturing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Testing and validating products to ensure quality and reliability.
• Developing measurement and control procedures for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Researching and evaluating new technologies and materials.
• Ensuring accurate documentation for both new and legacy products.
• Driving continuous improvement across processes, jigs, fixtures, and packaging.
• Supporting senior engineers and cross-functional teams in product development.

What We''re Looking For

• HNC, HND, or Degree in a relevant engineering field (or equivalent experience).
• Skills: proactive, detail-focused, good communicator, eager to learn.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred), basic electronics, and measurement techniques.
