The Opportunity

We''re seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join a growing manufacturing organisation where you''ll play a pivotal role in developing industry-leading engineered products and driving continuous improvement across the business

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop bespoke stainless-steel equipment and process systems for the dairy, food processing, and industrial sectors.
• Produce detailed 2D and 3D engineering drawings using CAD software.
• Design electrical control panels and control boxes to support automated process equipment.
• Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials in accordance with industry standards.
• Work closely with customers and project managers to understand requirements and deliver tailored engineering solutions.

About You

• Degree, HNC, or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline.
• Experience in engineering design within a manufacturing environment.
• CAD experience, ideally SolidWorks.
• Mechanical and electrical design experience.
