Design Coordinator

Our client is a National Main Contractor undertaking major new build residential, commercial and-mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Design-Coordinator to join the team out of their head office in Farringdon, Central London. The role will-require the critical appraisal of project drawings, pre-project start, and the ongoing management on the technical coordination.

Our client is seeking applicants with previous experience with a developer or contractor. Ideally worked-on high rise residential developments and exposure to BSR/Gateway 2 submissions is essential.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary of -65k - -70k + full package and bonus.
