      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;48000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum c&amp;pound;55,000 | Type: Temporary | Your new company   A growing, national residential developer is looking to appoint a Design Coordinator to join their Technical team on a 12-month fixed-term contract or temporary basis (outside IR35). Working closely with the Head of Technical, you will support the successful delivery of residential developments from initial concept through to project completion, RIBA stages 1-7.    Your new role   You will coordinate and manage design information across a portfolio of projects, reviewing drawings and specifications, supporting technical due diligence activities, liaising with consultants and internal stakeholders, and ensuring designs meet operational, regulatory and sustainability requirements. The role will also involve attending site meetings, managing consultant documentation, and supporting planning, building control and warranty approvals.
