Working closely with the Design Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of bespoke precast concrete projects spanning the nuclear, rail, highway, and coastal environmental sectors. This is a pivotal role requiring technical precision, high agency, and the ability to bridge the delta between external architectural intent and internal manufacturing capabilities. Key Responsibilities Process Management: Lead the design lifecycle from the receipt of client drawings through to the issuance of finalized production sets for the factory. Project Ownership: Manage a dedicated pipeline of smaller projects while assisting the Design Manager on large-scale, complex bespoke assignments.
