Design Coordinator (Fit Out Contractor)

We are working with the London Office of an established International Commercial Fit-Out Contractor, who are looking for a Design Coordinator to join their team.You will be working on CAT A Fit Out of Offices and Commercial Retrofit/Cut & Carve projects c.-1m7M, reporting to the Design Manager working with the inhouse architectural team.

Your role:

You will be supporting Projects from Pre-Construction through Delivery to Hand Over. Initially working on Site Surveys, collating accurate information to support the pre-construction design process.Conducting site visits to monitor progress.Collaborating with clients, consultants and stakeholders.Working with the Design Manager, assisting with the management of project budgets, fees and timelines.

What you''ll need to succeed:

RIBA Part 3 and relevant project experience post qualification.Strong understanding of UK Commercial building regulations and Commercial Fit Out experience.Familiarity with BIM.Proficiency with Auto CAD.
