Design Coordinator - Fire Remediation / Recladding - London - -250350/day
We''re looking for a Design Coordinator to join a respected main contractor on high-rise residential fire remediation and recladding projects across London. You''ll support the technical team to ensure all designs meet building regulations and fire safety standards, helping manage consultant deliverables and documentation. This is a six-month fixed-term contract with potential to go permanent.
What you''ll be doing:
- Supporting the Design Manager and technical team on high-rise residential fire remediation/recladding projects
- Coordinating consultant deliverables and documentation
- Assisting with building regulation applications and liaison with building control
- Reviewing drawings against approved submissions and flagging compliance issues
- Supporting fire risk assessment integration into project designs
- Tracking progress across projects and reporting to the technical team
What we''re looking for:
- Experience working in a design coordination role on high-rise residential projects
- Good understanding of building regulations, building control processes, and fire safety compliance
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Confident liaising with consultants and internal teams
