Design Coordinator

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality design projects from concept through to completion.

You will play a key role in coordinating design activities, ensuring effective communication between internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage design information across multiple projects
• Act as a central point of contact between architects, engineers, and project teams
• Monitor design progress against project timelines
• Ensure all design documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant
• Organise and attend design meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions
• Identify and resolve design-related issues proactively
• Support the project team in delivering projects on time and within budget

About You:

• Previous experience in a Design Coordinator or similar role
• Background in construction, architecture, or engineering is highly desirable
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
