You'll act as the commercial lead for the design function, managing consultant and design packages, overseeing cost reporting and forecasting, administering NEC contracts (particularly NEC Option E ), and ensuring robust commercial control throughout the design lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing Managing the commercial delivery of design and consultancy packages. Administering NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including Early Warnings and Compensation Events. Producing and reviewing cost reports, forecasts and change control registers. Monitoring design progress against programme and budget. Supporting Design Managers with commercial and contractual matters. Managing commercial risk, opportunities and design-related change.
