With a strong reputation for quality delivery and a team of around 20, they are continuing to grow and are now looking for a Design Assistant to support their technical and design function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to learn and develop within a supportive environment.No previous design experience is required, as full on-the-job training will be provided. The role will initially focus on report writing and document preparation, so strong Microsoft Office skills are essential. Any exposure to BIM, CAD or AutoCAD would be highly advantageous, but not essential. This is a role for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and eager to build a long-term career in design and renewable energy.The ideal candidate will be local to Cambridge or Royston, hardworking, and motivated to develop new skills.
