About the Role:Prospero Teaching is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Design and Technology Teacher to join a secondary school in the Liverpool area. You will have a vital role that involves classroom teaching and curriculum development, with a strong emphasis on safety, creativity, and student progress.Design and Technology TeacherLocation: South LiverpoolStart Date: As soon as possibleContract Type: Temporary, Long TermWorking Hours: Full-time, 8:00 am - 4:00 pmPay: Paid to scaleKey Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging lessonsAdapt lessons for a wide range of abilities and learning needsProvide clear demonstrations and structured activitiesMark work, give constructive feedback, and track pupil progressEnsure all equipment is safe, clean, and ready for useMaintain high standards of food hygiene and safetySupervise students closely during practical sessions to ensure safe working practicesRequirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Proven experience teaching in a UK secondary school.Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable, but not essential as training can be provided).Right to Work in the UK.Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or willingness to apply for a new one.Ability to provide references that cover at least 24 months worked and where possible 2 roles where you have worked with childrenHow to Apply:If you are a Design and Technology Teacher ready to make a difference in the lives of young ..... full job details .....
