Job Role: Design and Production EngineerLocation: DaventrySalary: 37,000 per annumMetalis are currently working with a well-established manufacturer who are looking for a Design and Production Engineer to join their team.Job Duties: Generate and develop CAD concepts using CATIA V5Create detailed CAD models and drawingsFinalise design for production releaseDevelop and validate process flow, PFMEA, control plans and SOP''sResolve design and process issues promptlyPresent design proposals and solutions in review meetingsReview first off parts with the quality teamImplement design or process adjustments as requiredHeading up continuous improvements activitiesJob Requirements: Degree or HND in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering (or equivalent)Skilled in CATIA V5Knowledge of GDandTExperience using quality management systemsFamiliar with APQP, PFMEA, control plans and lean manufacturing methodsAutomotive experience (preferred)Salary and Shift: 37,000 per annumMonday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30amIf this role is of interest to you, please apply with your ..... full job details .....
