As a highly experienced and skilled Design and Engineering Manager you''ll lead activities of a portfolio of projects of critical importance to our client. Managing multidisciplinary design teams, you''ll ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective wastewater solutions.In your day to day you''ll:Lead the design process for WWTP projects from concept through detailed design and into construction support.Lead collaboration with internal engineering teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure integrated and buildable design solutions.Implement best-practice design methodologies, ensuring high-quality, right-first-time outputs driving design excellence.Work closely with the delivery and commercial teams to ensure best technical solutions are delivered in accordance with the customer requirements for time, quality and budget.Undertake technical reviews of the contract documentation to ensure Kier''s commercial position is protected.Manage design deliverables, ..... full job details .....
