This varied opportunity will allow you to follow your work through the engineering process, from initial design and calculations through to manufacture, build, testing and issue resolution. You will work alongside engineers from several disciplines and gain broad experience within an advanced engineering environment. Due to the site s location, candidates must have their own transport. About the role As a Design and Development Engineer, you will support the design and integration of mechanical components and assemblies. The position combines desk-based design work with hands-on project involvement. You will produce CAD models and manufacturing drawings, carry out engineering calculations, support prototype and production builds, and contribute to testing and validation. You will initially take ownership of defined design tasks, with the opportunity to assume responsibility for smaller projects as your experience develops.
