The Design & Compliance Engineer will play a key role in the design, development, and certification of the company’s product portfolio. This position combines hands-on product design engineering with regulatory compliance integration, ensuring products are technically robust, manufacturable, and fully certified to relevant UK, European, and international control standards. The role is design-led and technically focused, supporting products from early concept generation through detailed design, testing, certification, and ongoing lifecycle management. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop new product concepts and engineered solutions aligned with performance and market requirements. Produce detailed 3D models and assemblies using CAD software.
