Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Birmingham based client to recruit for a Design Administrator on a temporary basis.
Although this role is initially temporary, there is opportunities for it to become permanent and for you to progress within the company.
You will be providing support to internal departments so must be flexible and able to adapt well to new environments.
Main duties of the Design Administrator include:
- Support the Customer Service team and handle general queries via telephone and email.
- Prepare samples ready to be sent to customers
- Update internal system daily
- Assist with any administrative tasks within the Design department
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Package
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
