Devas Club is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Youth Lead to help lead and develop our Senior youth provision, while taking a key role in delivering our exciting Digital Expansion Programme. This is a varied, hands-on role combining youth work, team leadership, programme development, outreach and digital innovation. Working closely with our Youth Lead, you will help create a safe, engaging and inspiring environment where young people aged 11-18, and up to 25 for young people with SEN, can build confidence, develop skills and access new opportunities. The Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery and development of our Senior youth provision, leading sessions and providing direction and support to Youth Workers, volunteers, coaches and activity facilitators. A key part of the role is being present and actively involved in our face-to-face youth sessions.
