This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor, Works Supervisor or Fabrication supervisor looking to take the next step into a senior leadership role. You''ll be joining a successful business with over 50 years of experience, delivering structural steelwork for major UK construction projects.The RoleWorking alongside the Works Manager, you''ll take responsibility for supporting day-to-day factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health and safety requirements are consistently achieved.
