Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you''ll take ownership of daily warehouse activities, support and develop your team, and step up to lead operations when required.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatchLead, motivate, and supervise warehouse staffAssist with unloading deliveries and preparing stock for storage or dispatchDeliver training and ensure safe working practices across the teamManage packaging supplies and coordinate agency staffing requirementsHandle customer returns and rejected goods accuratelyMaintain stock integrity including batch control and inventory accuracyPromote a safe working environment and ensure HandS complianceKeep warehouse and yard areas clean and organisedUse WMS to manage goods-in, stock movements, and dispatch processingSupport stock takes and deputise for the Operations ManagerWhat We''re Looking ForExperience in a warehouse supervisory or management roleStrong understanding of stock control and inventory managementExperience using WMS/ERP systemsHands-on leadership style with ability to motivate teamsForklift ..... full job details .....
