As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will:Oversee the day-to-day management of shifts.Maintain high standards of nursing care.Provide clinical advice and support to the team.Assist in the assessment and implementation of patient care plans.Supervise and support staff nurses.Take charge of the ward in the absence of the Ward Manager.Participate fully in direct patient care.
