The role is based at Wakehurst and is a key role in delivering sales, admission and membership targets whilst supporting and leading the Visitor Experience Assistant team. This role is a fixed-term posting (9-12months) to cover a period of maternity leave. The role is for 30-hours per week, worked over 4 days. Weekend working is essential in this role, the working pattern being Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Hours of work will vary depending on seasonal opening hours and event programming. We are looking for someone with experience of leading a team in a fast-paced Retail and/or Visitor Attraction environment.
