You will play a key role in providing professional leadership, supporting social workers with complex cases and ensuring high standards of practice and safeguarding are maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Team Manager with the day-to-day management of the safeguarding team.Provide effective professional supervision, guidance and support to social workers.Support decision-making around complex safeguarding cases and risk.Ensure statutory duties, policies and procedures are followed.Monitor case progression, performance and outcomes for children and families.Provide constructive challenge and promote high-quality social work practice.Support the development and implementation of effective safeguarding plans.Assist with workload management, allocation and prioritisation.Contribute to service improvement and a strong culture of reflective practice.Deputise for the Team Manager when required.About YouYou will be an ..... full job details .....
