Here is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Deputy Team Leader - Practice Education, Theatres.You will assist and support the practice education team in theatres in the facilitation and provision of education and training of all groups of the multidisciplinary theatre team in order to provide high standards of clinical practice and patient care.Working collaboratively with the theatre manager and matron, as well as the practice education team leader, the postholder will help develop and deliver education strategies, encourage effective utilisation of resources and develop relations with the across site practice education team to develop and maintain a standard training programme.If this interest you apply now.You must be an expert in theatres with high standards and excellent clinical skills with the ability to teach these skills to other staff.You will have a passion for teaching and maintaining high standards, recognising where intervention is required.
