As a Deputy Team Leader, you''ll contribute to JM''s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.The role:As a Deputy Team Leader, you will help drive our goals by:Through leading by example, ensure adherence to JM policies and standards (including HR/EHS/Security) leading towards a safe culture focused on zero harm and encouraging and supporting ideas to improve EHS performance.Working with the Production Lead, ensure all safe systems of work are understood and complied with by the team, including adherence to Life Saving Policies, Management of Change, issuing permits and the control of contractors, and that effective checks and controls are in place and maintained.Working with the team, ensure they understand EHS responsibilities, supporting, coaching and involving team members in implementing EHS improvements.Understanding safe operating conditions of the plant, key department hazards and control measures to mitigate these hazards.Supervising Operators on an assigned shift to ensure the manufacture of products or to perform other routine tasks, and some non-routine tasks within established timing, quality and cost standardsKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:Grade C or equivalent ..... full job details .....
