This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoys working with small components, maintaining high standards and supporting the smooth running of a production area. The Role Working alongside the Team Leader, you will play a key role in keeping the manufacturing area running efficiently. This is a predominantly hands-on position, with approximately 75% of your working week spent on production and 25% supporting the Team Leader with day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include: Working hands-on with small components, following detailed processes and maintaining consistently high standards. Supporting the Team Leader with the day-to-day running of the manufacturing area. Providing holiday and absence cover, including allocating work to technicians when required.
