This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced education professional who is passionate about supporting vulnerable young people to re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes. Working closely with the Site Lead, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational leadership of the provision, ensuring students receive high-quality educational and pastoral support in a safe, nurturing, and aspirational environment. About the Role The Deputy Site Lead will support the effective day-to-day running of the provision and contribute to the development of high-quality educational experiences for all learners. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the referral and induction process for new students. Coordinating and contributing to Annual Reviews and ongoing reviews of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
