They have recently invested into the site and it''s a great place to work for any Deputy Shift Manager who wants to develop their career both technically and/or into management.The duties will involve about 70% of hands on maintenance work within a fully automated site and 30% of leading the shift, mentoring, delegating work load and generally stepping in when the manager is not there. Sector Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Deputy Shift Manager Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Some form of leadership (lead engineer is perfect)Level 3 engineering qualification Requirements for the Deputy Shift Manager Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.Lead experienceExperience working within a manufacturing environment. Requirements for the Deputy Shift Manager Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
