      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Deputy Manager - Autism Day Service We are looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the effective day-to-day running of our service for adults with autism. Working alongside the Service Manager, you will help lead a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, inclusion and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities   Support the Service Manager with the day-to-day management and smooth running of the service.   Lead, motivate and support a team of Support Workers and other staff.
