Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Safeguarding Lead, based at their Weybridge campus. About the role:In this vital role, as Deputy Safeguarding Lead, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety, happiness, and academic success of their students. Your role will also include: Implement and monitor effective safeguarding policies and proceduresProvide support and guidance to students experiencing difficulties, including those with SENLiaise with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for studentsPromote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all studentsDeliver training and awareness-raising sessions on safeguarding and wellbeingDevelop and implement action plans to address identified risks.
