They are looking to employ a Deputy Room Lead Nursery Nursefor their excellent settings which are based in the Bournemouth area. This is a unique opportunity as you will only be working split shifts meaning an easy work/personal life balance.Main Duties and Responsibilities: Over x2 Years Experience in Childcare. (Minimum Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare)Strong leadership skillsA passion for early childhood education and developmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with parents, staff, and the wider communityKnowledge of safeguarding and health and safety standards Key Responsibilities To lead activities as directed.To organise and run activities that engage and inspire the childrenTo support colleagues in their responsibilities as necessary.To Keywork effectively, building and maintaining positive relationships with families, keeping tidy and accurate records up to date, planning personalized play and evaluating it for further play opportunitiesTo ensure the overall happiness and well-being of the children.To be alert to issues of safeguarding and child protection, ensuring that the welfare and safety of children attending the setting is promoted and to follow safeguarding procedures.To assist in school pick-ups as necessary.
