We are recruiting for a Deputy General Manager (Restaurant and Events).As Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager by leading on the operation of the Ial Restaurant and all hospitality events across the college, both on and off site. A key part of the role will be to lead, develop, and inspire staff and students working in the department to deliver excellent food and service at every level.You will also work collaboratively with the curriculum team to ensure a smooth transition for students from the learning environment into commercial practice, giving them opportunities to gain valuable hands-on experience in live service and event delivery.The benefits of working at Coleg Cambria include excellent pension schemes, great work-life balance, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and up to 5 days over the Christmas period with Ial Restaurant closed during this time.
