The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that people receive safe, reliable and person-centred care in their own homes, while supporting care staff to deliver consistently high standards. As Location Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the local branch, working closely with the Registered Manager/Nominated Individual, care coordinators, senior carers and field staff. You will help maintain compliance with CQC requirements, support service growth, build positive relationships with clients and families, and ensure that care delivery reflects our values of compassion, respect, reliability and professionalism.
