Reporting to the Head of Production, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day running of the manufacturing operation, ensuring production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved. You will work closely with Production, Sales, Quality, Warehouse and Maintenance teams, helping to drive efficiencies, improve output and support the continued growth of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role that would suit an experienced manufacturing professional with strong people management skills and a proven track record within a production environment. An engineering background is highly desirable, particularly within Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Key Responsibilities Support the Head of Production in the safe, efficient and cost-effective operation of the manufacturing facility.
