Our client is seeking an exceptional Deputy Principal to provide strategic leadership across their expanding FE College. Reporting to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (FE Principal, Apprenticeships and STEM), the Deputy Principal will lead and oversee all Further Education provision, ensuring outstanding standards in curriculum quality, teaching, learning, assessment, student experience and overall performance. Working closely with senior leaders, the successful candidate will drive innovation, continuous improvement and exceptional learner outcomes.
