Deputy Premises Manager Location: Carshalton, SurreySalary: £31,227 - £34,324 per annumHours: 37.5 hours per week, Full Time, All Year Round Reed Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a successful secondary school in Carshalton to recruit an experienced and motivated Deputy Premises Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a facilities or site professional looking to take the next step in their career. Working alongside the Premises Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, secure, well-maintained and fully operational, providing an excellent environment for students, staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of the school''s premises function. Assist in maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming school environment. Oversee and monitor cleaning, maintenance and site presentation standards. Support compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements. Coordinate and liaise with contractors and external service providers. Assist with site security, including opening and closing procedures where required. Respond to maintenance issues and ensure repairs are completed efficiently. Support the smooth running of school events and operational activities. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience within premises, facilities, estates or site management. Good working knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
