Deputy Play Leader - Breakfast and After-School Club Sun and Moon Playcare Scheme We are looking for a reliable, caring and enthusiastic Deputy Play Leader to join our friendly Breakfast and After-School Club. Must have Level 3 Childcare and Education, Level 3 Playwork, NNEB qualification or relevant level 3 childcare qualification Hours: Term time only Breakfast Club: 7.00am-8.45am After-School Club: 2.30pm-5.30pm or 3.00pm-6.00pm About the role: You will support the Play Leader/Manager with the day-to-day running of the club, helping to provide a safe, happy and engaging environment for children aged 4-11. Duties include supervising and engaging children in activities, supporting breakfast and snacks, assisting with collections, promoting positive behaviour and ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed. We are looking for someone who: Has a Level 3 Childcare and Education, Level 3 Playwork, NNEB qualification or relevant level 3 childcare qualification Has experience working with children Is reliable, friendly and organised Works well as part of a team and can use their own initiative Has a genuine interest in children''s wellbeing and development An enhanced DBS check and suitable references will be required. ..... full job details .....
