We are based in Welwyn Garden City AL7 1EL.This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently support accurate, timely and compliant payroll and benefits administration, working closely with the Payroll and Benefits Manager, People Administrators and wider stakeholders across the business.What You''ll Be Doing Completing end-to-end payroll activities accurately and on time, including payroll input, deductions, statutory payments, pensions, tax code changes, bonuses and student loansCarrying out payroll reconciliations, investigating variances and ensuring any differences are resolved appropriatelySupporting payslips, P45s, P60s, P11Ds, PAYE Settlement Agreement information and other statutory payroll processesAdministering colleague benefits including pensions, medical plans, cycle to work, holiday buy and reward schemesSupporting employee equity plans, payroll reporting, audits, business projects and continuous process improvementHandling payroll and benefits queries professionally, ..... full job details .....
