Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end payroll processing for c.850 UK employees. Process deductions, statutory payments, pensions, bonuses, tax codes and student loans. Complete payroll reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies. Support P45s, P60s, P11Ds, RTI and other statutory requirements. Administer employee benefits including pensions, healthcare, cycle-to-work and reward schemes. Handle employee payroll and benefits queries. Support payroll reporting, audits and process improvement projects. Work closely with the Payroll Manager and wider People team.
