Deputy Pastoral Head of Year (fixed term until 31.12.26)

We have an exciting opportunity for a current or aspiring Deputy Pastoral Head of Year to join our passionate and committed Pastoral team. As part of this role, you will support the Head of Year in managing a Year Group which focuses on the pastoral welfare of all students, communicating with families, collaborating with SLT, driving initiatives for good attendance and overseeing all matters around the behaviour and safeguarding of students.This is a fixed-term position which is term time only including INSET Days, Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (1x 15:30 finish per week).
