The business has continued to grow and invest in both its infrastructure and people, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional to join a highly automated and fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will support the Operations Manager with the safe, compliant and efficient day-to-day running of the facility. This role will play a key part in maintaining operational performance, leading teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance are achieved across site.Operating within a 24/7 environment, you will also be responsible for supporting outages, overseeing permit systems, managing contractors and stepping into the Operations Manager position in their absence.Sector Heavy Industrial Processing / Power GenerationNon-Negotiable Requirements of the Deputy Operations ManagerSAP (Senior Authorised Person) experience including HV, LV and Mechanical systems.Minimum HNC qualification within a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent operational experience.Supervisory experience within a steam-powered plant or heavy industrial environment.Strong knowledge of Health and ..... full job details .....
