Deputy Care Home Manager Lymington, Hampshire 55,000 per annum Permanent, Full-Time A well-established and highly regarded nursing home in Hampshire is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager (Nursing) to support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding standards of care and clinical excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for an NMC-registered nurse with previous leadership experience within a nursing home environment to join a resident-focused organisation committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The Role As Deputy Manager (Clinical), you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant operation of the service. You will provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, helping to maintain exceptional care standards while supporting the overall management of the home.
