Working closely with the Nursery Manager, the Deputy Manager will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading a team of practitioners to provide high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework. Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) - essentialPrevious experience as a Deputy Manager, or a very experienced Room Leader/Third in Charge looking to step upStrong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted expectationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsPassionate about early years education and committed to continuous improvementA positive, hands-on approach and a genuine love for working with children
